Products
In addition to our carpentry and installation services, we also sell physical products and accessories through our online store. These may include door fittings, wood care products, sealing materials, trims and related items.
Product descriptions, specifications, colours and finishes may slightly vary due to lighting conditions, manufacturing differences or screen settings. We aim to ensure all information is accurate, but minor variations do not constitute a fault.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
Delivery of Physical Products
We dispatch physical products within 1–2 working days after the order is confirmed.
Estimated delivery time within the UK is 2–4 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.
Tracking details will be provided where available.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Booking and Payment
A deposit may be required to secure a booking and confirm scheduling of the service. The remaining balance is agreed separately and paid after consultation or upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices are quoted in GBP (£).
Payment Processing
Payments made through this website are processed securely via Stripe.
We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor.
Cancellations and Refunds
